Morning all, Springlike weather here, the temperature reached 16C yesterday. Little anecdote from recent trip to the shops. I was buying a birthday card for my friend to give her daughter, friend has mobility issues and is unable to get out much. There was a couple choosing a card for their daughter-in-law. Husband “ What about this one?” Wife “ It says special, is she special? I suppose she’s special to him. Oh that will do then!” Just guessing they don’t get on all that well. lol

Good morning all on this yet to be snowy day here in Finland .I hope all are well and had a fantastic night's sleep .We are due a load of snow this afternoon and the snow blower is playing up as she is a bit hard to start so this morning's project is to take off and clean the carb it is only around 0°so not too cold to work on it ,seize the day as they say . Of course I forgot to mention that the new Finnish president elect is married to a lass from Birmingham UK .we get everywhere.
They are setting up for a party in The Brick. Balloons have been brought in. Seems it’s a dual party and I am older than the 21 and 40 year old combined. Starts getting scary 
Good evening all. We have arrived in Ascot after a bit of a bloomer on the way ( see what I did there) Took the M25 instead of the M40 and spent ages crawling along. However the hotel is lovely - we have a bath that is so deep you could hold the world diving championships in. I'll need a crane to get me out!
