Yeah I know Blue. It was meant as a joke. Obviously not a very good one@Barnfred 55 I posted yesterday morning that it would be too much to hope they got beaten and they drew against Utd .that was what I was on about .Now this gentleman thing !
Ah. My bad. Wipe that post from your memory.
I haven't either ,I don't understand the point of foul mouthing a dead person who supported the club without doubt .His achievements aside he seemed a nice man .Tbh Fred I haven’t poked my nose in that thread, funeral or memorial a little respect wouldn't go amiss……
We were on I uktv play and found an old series /documentary "Churchill's bodyguard " have you watched it ,it made my blood boil ! But don't tell @peteblueInfuriating how your body clock never takes a holiday even when you are on one yourself. Little ahead of me to do today and here I am awake before I’m usually up on a working day.
I think I will tag on a bit more distance on my morning walk before settling in for an early movie. I could get used to this lifestyle alright.

No I haven’t seen it blue? I have more time to watch TV over the next 3 weeks than I have done all year and will check it outWe were on I uktv play and found an old series /documentary "Churchill's bodyguard " have you watched it ,it made my blood boil ! But don't tell @peteblue![]()
Our neighbour, Blanche, told me that her Mum and Dad bought a tv for the coronation in 1953 and invited her in laws over to watch it. All went well until Churchill appeared on the screen and Blanche’s Mum declared she was not prepared to sit in the room with that “warmongering old b******”, turned out the in laws were big fans of Churchill, made for an interesting afternoon. lolWe were on I uktv play and found an old series /documentary "Churchill's bodyguard " have you watched it ,it made my blood boil !
