I think hes a complete bellend.

Im not voting for him, nor for The Labour Party.

I AM VOTING TO REMOVE THE TORIES

Not repeating myself any longer.

Starmer could strangle kittens live on TV and I would still vote Labour.

I do not care what hes done or what he does in the future.
Although I understand the sentiment, if labour get in, and if its Starmer that is the winning leader, the very same vigilance and calling out of stupidity, corruption, and vanity that has applied to the tories is the very same application to the then labour government. I realise this isn't something you've addressed specifically, I felt it necessary to point out to 'some' that the even hand of judgement and condemnation is there for whichever side step out of line.

You’re offering nothing to the thread but baiting rubbish.

I’ve opposed the tory party all my life and fought against them on many occasions.

It’s shameful how you and others are acting in this thread.
Are you on a wind up!

You and a handful of other supposed Labour supporters are doing your best to convince people to move votes away from the one party who can remove the tory party. It feels like Sunaks communications team have decamped in here.

People are allowed to voice their views on the Labour Party.

I know myself and @Connor voted Starmer to be leader based on what he campaigned to be leader. Specifically his ten pledges which he removed a few months later and has backtracked on the majority of these.

I know quite a few of my friends in Liverpool have left the party and joined the Greens and up in the North East where I live now the number of people offering time and money to support local candidates is dwindling.

I know with the boundary changes in my seat and the neighbouring seat it will still be a challenge for Labour to win both seats but I do want to get rid of Matt Vickers.

Thankfully I know and like the person who will be standing to be my MP and if I can be bothered I will support and campaign for him. Campaign season has started as the rumours of General Election are 2nd of May so 21 weeks away.

That is fair enough.

The majority of those I know who are comfortable to discuss politics are desperate for a change of government and to see an end to the tory horror show. I've not heard one say anything other than Labour has to win and are praying that the polls are a true reflection.

A protest vote against Labour is, to my mind, totally missing the obvious, that if there is to be a protest it should be against tory corruption, sleaze and incompetence. To have gone through the last thirteen years and focus your ire on Labour is quite franky nuts and indicates thats some will never learn. We need Labour to annihilate the tory party.

I’m not convincing anybody to do anything.

If people are voting Labour that’s fine.

I’m just voicing my dissatisfaction at what the Labour Party has become under Starmer.

It would be better for people like you to listen and try to understand why we’re moving away from the party.

I’m not a supporter of Labour anymore but I’am a supporter of the Labour movement which is why I’ve fought the tories all my life and worked with my union to strike for a better pay deal and fight against job loses and won.

So, please, stop the tory shouts, and try to understand why people are moving away from the party.

It is a digrace that some so called leftists are doing their best to give the Bullingdon club boys another term. Maybe they like the idea of foodbanks and kids in poverty. Shame on them!
Although not as grim as child wanting to eat food from an art project, the welfare reforms with people who are sick is just ridiculaus and people will take their lives or of others because of them. DWP or outsourced companies are laterally cold calling people with very severe mental health problems and reviewing them.

Assessor "How are you".

Person " im great not sure why im here i can work nothing wrong with me".

Cut a log true story short they have PIP removed despite the CMHT team interventions person decide to stop depot injection to manage their psychosis . 4 years on they are still in and out of hospital with psychotic episodes at a cost of 10s of thousand if not more all to save a couple hundred quid a month.

Pretty much concluded the amount of posts put up by our self confessed principle left here they are not factually at the coal face of work and public services and just romancing in their comfortable retirement.

I know what Depot Injections are mate, but for those that don’t know, could you explain what they are ;)

Get over yourself. Speaking for just myself, I worked frontline services in benefits, homelessness debt etc for several years before moving abroad a few years ago. Can tell you that colleagues I still speak to working in that sector are just as disillusioned and disappointed with what they are currently seeing.
