The latest video is really impressive. Which stand will be the home end? Is the players tunnel in the middle of the pitch/stand and if so which stand? Which stand are main match tv cameras in?

The South stand is the home end. Away fans in part of the North. I suspect the TV cameras may be on the East stand looking towards the dugout and tunnel on the West stand.

The main TV camera will be in the west stand I believe.

Looking at the people project app there is a section on the west stand which spans most of the stand and looks like it’s the area for cameras. Seating stops short of the front and no barriers are shown in front. East stand seating is to the front right across the stand.

If a separate company buys the new stadium,unless we have already signed a binding agreement that we have to play there,we would be in a decent bargaining position,no one else is going to play there,if they tried to screw us over we would just stay at Goodison

Not if the stadium and club are owned by 2 separate companies but effectively controlled by the same entity.
