Yeah, he might be the best option there. Know free agents get talked about after every window and never happen but with Gray off we really need to consider one this time. Given that he had a pre season at Burnley to get fit I wouldn’t even hate a 1 year deal for Townsend.

Don't recall many inflated fees to over there personally, didn't pay attention to all, but most fees were a fair reflection of their talent I thought.

Henderson went to the same club for 12 mill mate, was hoping for a bit more myself.

That being said it’s a really good return on what we paid for him. But likely to go into keeping the lights switched on.
