Can't say the idea of a front line of DCL, Dembele, and Weghorst sounds exactly like one that is going to solve our lack of goals issues.
He only played 90 mins 3 times in the league mate, i suspect because he was always leaving on a free.

3 in 28 in France and couldnt get a game. Dont think im gambling our meagre budget paying his wages and expecting him to suddenly turn into a goal machine in an average team in a much harder league for strikers. Pass.

They got lacazette on a free when his arsenal contract expired, so his 28 appearances were mainly as a sub IIRC. Clearly fell out of favour with management.
I’d get him in so long as his wages were like 75k absolute tops.

May be worth a punt, depending on cost. Better to get a player on the ascent if we can.
Sounds like the kind of poor signing we have been making in recent years. There will be a big signing on fee and very high wages.
On the other hand, he is at a good age, no transfer fee, does have a good scoring record and would probably like to come back to the Premiership.
Ideally I would prefer not to be signing players like this but we most likely will have little to spend this summer and he may be one of the few players we can afford who has had a decent career.
