Our defence should be a lot better anyhow as least we have Coady back. If Mykolenko is fit surely we can put out a 4 or 5 that is half decent. We didn't have DCL for the Brentford game and still won.

I'm not going to get ahead of myself anymore until Leicester have been put out of the equation.
I'm not getting ahead of myself till the final whistle goes nxt Sunday ( In possibly 3 games )

This thread confuses the hell out of me sometimes, and I’m one of the most negative when it comes to our chances. We drew yesterday for a point, Leeds lost today for zero points. So why are some basically saying we’re now worse off than we were yesterday? Isn’t is back in our hands? Beat Bournemouth and we stay up?

Weren’t huge underdogs though.

Leeds are dire though, I agree, them beating Spurs is not set in stone, conceded over 70 odd goals which is ludicrous.

You could argue Leicester are our biggest threat now.
Wouldn't be impossible that us, Leeds and Leicester all end up losing at home on the last day...aftet Southampton we are clearly the 3 worst team by far in the league. If we somehow manage to survive, there is a huge rebuilding work required this summer.

Kinell Kev, cheer up lad. We know we are in the brown stuff but it could have been way worse - take the small positives.

We outpointed Leeds again - hopefully we outpoint Leicester and the geordies turn up tomorrow.

We know we need to not lose against Bournemouth already mate - yerrys equaliser was huge for us.
Can’t set up to draw though,we have to get after Bournemouth from the first whistle, just go out to win the game and not be relying on others.

Leeds' odds have obviously narrowed after today, but even if Leicester lost tomorrow night I can't see theirs narrowing as much given the GD situation..

Newcastle need to cement their 3rd place and CL spot tomorrow night. It all bodes well for us. Horse punchers will be howling at the moon tomorrow night, atmosphere will be electric.
