….if Keane comes in to play on the right of 3 CBs, I’d be very concerned. I remember s number of years ago he got rinsed by Stoke’s LB (Pieters) and again the following game at Goodison we were wide open down that flank. Keane needs a conventional RB alongside to protect him.

No Mykolenko, I’d prefer he just puts somebody else in that position. Godfrey has performed well there in the past but looks much less competitive since his injury, Holgate is very poor but might feel like he has something to prove.

Just get on with it, everybody do their job.

I'd go with McNeil as a full back/wing back as he's decent defensively and can ping in decent crosses as Godfrey and Holgate are comparable to Keane in being a major defensive liability

I understand the McNeill point but worry about reducing our attacking options. He has been our best player going forward for the past few games.

Bit of a mad setup like but just goes to show how imbalanced the squad can get when just two players are out. If it isn't this then sadly I can see Holgate back in at LB...
