Impossible to predict results, so naturally I’ll have a go.

Spurs 1
United 0
Fulham 3
Palace 1
Newcastle 3
Leicester 0
Brighton 0
City 0
Wolves 1
Bournemouth 3

Obviously it’ll go down to the final day, because Everton.

Very likely bad luck for us that Spurs have binned off Conte just before our game, if they get Poch in in time I won’t be confident at all.

I think we can get something out of the Spurs game. Ok historically Kane has a blinder but we should be full of confidence enter drawing, winning, drawing, scoring 5 goals in the process.

We can’t we give Spurs again. Under the lights at Goodison, it’s about time we showed up against one of these so called big teams and stuck 3/4 past them. Like we did against United on that lovely sunny day a few years back. It’s about time we just went out at home and played with confidence.

When did we last stay up on the final day?. I'm thinking 2003/04 then 1997/98 before that.

We get to play 4 of the other 8 relegation candidates. Could be a great thing or a horrible thing. I still can’t quite believe how poorly Leicester and Wolves have done given the squads they have.

My advice:

Spur's 0
United 0
Fulham 3
Palace 1
Newcastle 0
Leicester 3
Brighton 0
City 0
Wolves 1
Bournemouth 3

Make 11 more points. 37 will do, I think.

COYB!

The stressful thing here is , like my predictions / hopes, we depend on 4 points from last 2 games, and both Wolves & Bournemouth can also play if they want to. This week it seems & feels better, but if we're still looking for late points, and 2-3 away wins, it is a big risk, even with our general improvements and steeliness. The one good thing here is I feel like it's an old fashioned relegation fight, that we've seen in other teams in the past, where we've got some fight and heart and not just going to roll over and die like we have done so many times in recent years.

Any new manager spurs might be getting will need time to make an impact, more so if its pochetino, completely opposite style to conte.

Or like when we beat City at home 4-0 in 2017.

I think we are playing Spurs at the perfect time. They have been flat and low on confidence, I’m sure all of the drama surrounding Conte doesn’t help things either. I don’t think it really matters who the bring in as his replacement as it’s a different situation than a team say in a relegation battle looking for that new manager bounce. Dyche will have the team in the best situation and give them the best chance to win. It’s all how about how the players respond. They have a lot going for them. A massive game under the lights and at Goodison where they are most comfortable. I’m not sure we will win but I feel pretty confident we are ending the night with a point at the very least.
