If that’s the case they haven’t got a clue about football and were taken in by a good communicator who talked well of the club
He was a superb PR man with a tremendous public relations/communication team behind him, AKA his pals in the media. Super Frank, indeed.

And his snake oil had many buyers. Never forget: "He gets us".

Fixtures for the first weekend back after the break:

Arsenal v Leeds
Bournemouth v Fulham
Palace v Leicester
Forest v Wolves
West Ham v S'ton
Everton v Spurs

Leeds - not getting anything from that one
B'mouth - better win that game because I dont see too much else for them in their fixtures
Palace / Leicester - Palace looking for a bounce off a new manager and maybe get it
Forest v Wolves - I wouldn't like to call that, but I hope Wolves win
West Ham v S'ton - the Hammers will beat a terrible opponent
Everton - if we carry our home form through then we win

Some big games there if we can pull of a win against spurs we may open up some daylight between us and the drop zone.

This home game is so important in the context of relegation

What an absolute rats nest, we may get of light with our tough fixtures, be a mixture of winners and losers!

Actually a couple of teams play twice in that game week, now that I think of it, don’t they.
