During my many trips down to the stadium, I've noticed this huge area for parking with barrier control. On the same road for access to the Titanic. Each time I've been past though it doesn't seem operational yet. Image is from Apple Maps so not current as BMD shows

There are, as you will have discovered, many many little side streets and parking lots within a 10-15 min walk of the stadium.
Add that to traditional transport routes and I think we'll be OK yenno
