Psychologically interesting week, could be back in the relegation zone by the time we kick off or could get the boost of most rivals losing, giving us a proper free hit. Although hopefully the players don’t sweat the table as much as we all do.

Perhaps my biggest concern is an injury or two to some key players and we would be back in trouble. I think @davek is right that Dyche has set up a way to get points and there is no reason to think it wont continue... unless....
In terms of injury: our strength is that we have - relative to others down there - a lot of CMs and and CBs. Obviously Dyche has tried in recent weeks to start with the same players and get it settled...even to the extent he looks loathe to change it until late on in a game. But we have Garner to come back in and Patterson can be used in an emergency out wide-right, I believe. I think we're ok unless Coleman and Tarkowski pick up injuries that keep them out any spell. Even the GK situation is under control. I think Begovic does a very decent stand in job for Pickford.

He will get his chance at some point. There was an article in the Echo and Dyche was talking him up off the back of watching a fair bit of him last season at Forest and he is clearly a fan.

id have palace in the mix there, i just don't rate Viera, don't think he has it in him to get an upturn in form...
Well, form wise it's hard to argue with you on that: they've won 4 points from the last 30. That's nailed on relegation form.

However, they always look 'in' games to me. The draws they've had have killed them a bit. And their remaining fixtures look very kind to me (that said, playing 7 relelagtion 6 pointers might be a burden rather than a boon.

Best backup in the league and could probably start for half the teams as well.

I get that sense too from when he's spoken about him.

It's a pity he picked up that freak injury. He'd have played a big part in our season. He'll be great getting us going forward from the middle and he wont take much encouragement to get near the opposition penalty area.
