This is my effort and I thought I was being pessimistic, when I was going through though some of the teams around us have got horrific run ins.

West Ham have a bad run in with 3 of their remaining home games (massive at this stage) being Liverpool, Arsenal and United.

If they look to remain in the Conference league also this will take it out of them.

I half expect the bottom 3 being Bournemouth, West Ham and Palace (can't see when they will next pick up points)

The next 3 games are ‘expected defeats’, so I wouldn’t bother bringing Dominic Calvert-Lewin back for them if fit. Wait until we’ve got some games which we don’t expect defeat and throw him in then.
Rubbish!
There are 12 games left, we haven't got enough to throw 25% of them away, nor have we got the Leagues best bench...4 CBs on it the other week
If he's fit he has to play.
The 1 or 2 pts out of the 9 you've discarded in such cavalier fashion we might pick up could be crucial.

Just redone this and have us again on 37 points and safe. But I am biased. Saints, Leeds, Wham, Bournemouth and Forest to have the squeakiest bums
Same, I still have us to be ok. I think we will scrape results against Fulham, Bournemouth, at home. And also, battle for a point away at Leicester. I can’t see us getting anything out of the next few games though, Chelsea will beat us, however I am hopeful for a hard fought draw against Spurs at Goodison, but you just know Richy is going to get his first league goal against us, written in the stars.

From where I'm sitting, we have the most difficult run-in of the lot

There are 9 teams in that relegation scrap as things stand and of those 9 teams, Everton, Forest and Southampton have the fewest number of games against other bottom 9 sides (4 apiece) in their remaining games. Everton only play one of those games at home (final day against Bournemouth), whilst Forest and Southampton have two home games remaining.

I posted a screenshot from the fivethirtyeight website earlier, but the reflection of the difficulty of our run-in is reflected in their prediction:

Leicester, much like us with Richi, haven't adequately replaced Vardy. Yes, he hasn't been sold, but he's a shadow of his former self since he's lost his pace, doesn't start any more and they're really struggling without his goals.

Still, it would be a huge shock to me if they go down as they have some really excellent players in their squad: Maddison, Tielemans, Barnes and James Justin (huge miss through injury him) to name four, plus some pretty decent ones in Dewsbury-Hall, Iheanacho and Ndidi.

I also think failing to replace Schmeichel properly has come back to bite them on the arse, as Danny Ward is a terrible keeper.

Let's hope they continue to drop points. They play West Ham at home final game in what might very well be a win-and-you-stay-up fixture.

Leicester have 4 home games against bottom 9 sides. Of all the teams in the mix, only Palace have a more favourable run-in than them. Of course, they've still got to get points on the board, but it's more in their own hands than for most of the teams down there

Agree. Tell you what though, if they don't pick up a good number of points in their next 4 games they may be doomed: Brentford and Palace both away, then Villa and Bournemouth at home. If you're a Leicester fan you've got to be looking at 6+ points there thinking if you don't get that you're in trouble.

That's their problem though, everything goes through Maddison and he is another who can't stay fit. Tielemans seems to be looking for a move and doesn't look the same player as previous seasons, same with Barnes. Their fans seem to have had it with Brenda but the club won't sack him because of his pay off and he won't leave. West Ham are the ones to watch for me, on paper a very good squad but I'm really not sure what Moyes is doing. He seems to be playing for draws in games they need to win, it's like they don't realise they are in trouble. Fans down here have had enough of him simply because they don't know what he is trying to do. He is another one who seems to be safe at the moment and there has been some suggestion that even if they go down he will stay on as manager.

Just to add into here...... We play City at home the weekend in between the 2 legs of the CL semi-final (I expect it is still 2 legs), and realistically Arsenal could have wrapped up the title by then and city already confirmed 2nd place.

I know what I would be doing as Pep with my team selection ;)
