Even though the football seems better under Dyche, I think we’re looking at the rest of the season playing out like the last two games. We’ll go into every game hoping to keep a clean sheet. If we can nick a goal somehow then we’ve got a chance at three points. If we allow the opponent to score first then it’s almost certainly a loss. This squad just has no one capable of scoring. I’d be shocked if any of our players scored more than two goals for the rest of the season.

Agreed but there is no alternative that will yield better results

The plan is pretty much dependent on keeping it tight and nicking the first goal, and to be fair it’s worked twice out of four, was the width of the post from at least having a chance to work at Anfield, and probably should’ve worked yesterday if we’d taken one of a number of good chances. For what we have it’s the right plan and if it continues to work 50% of the time we’re fine.

Whats sad is that fans like @Neiler and @ForeverBlue92 for years pointed out ballers who the club should have signed for £20 millions here and £30 millions there.

Ings, Wilf Zaha, ASM, Wilson, Ward Prowse, Trossard etc. but the hipsters laughed and said they were gash as we instead signed "ballers" like Davy Klaasan, Moise Kean, Godfrey et al.

This could have been avoided had Marcel Brands and Steve Walsh done their homework.

We’re also 0 points off the relegation zone and it’s nearly March, so there’s also that.

Does that mean we’re definitely relegated ?
