We won both by nicking goals (one of which wasn’t even a chance, it was very lucky) and then defending well. If we don’t score first, we do not win.

At no point have we created clear chances from open play. Villa were never under real pressure today. They won comfortably without having to play well. That says a lot.

We created three in the first half v Arsenal who are top of the table. A free header in the 6 yard area for Doucoure, a tap in for Calvert Lewin he was millimetres away, and a free header that Calvert Lewin should have glanced in.

We then put a sitter on Tom Davies’s head at Anfield that he missed. McNeill was played in behind today but messed it up with a bad touch.

Chances don’t come much clearer than this.

We'll get beat against Arsenal for sure. But the two after are winnable.

Everton wont stay in the bottom three for the next 14 games.

The question is whether we stay out of it.

We're playing well and that gives me a lot of hope.

Let's see where we are after the Brentford game.
We won't lose at the arse, for sure Dave, that is just the kind of fixture we have a chance of getting something from. It's the ones like Forest that worry me.

Not changing manager during the WC like Wolves did is now looking to be the key difference between us and the others. That period at Christmas/New Year losing at home to Wolves, Brighton and Southampton has made all the difference. Also would have meant that Dyche would have had time to identify players and bring them in during January.

Everything leads back to the people who are running the club, all of them, on whose shoulders the blame for relegation will 100% lie if it happens.

Hate the fact were playing Wednesday and not just cos it's against Arsenal but it just increases the agony knowing everyone around us then has a game in hand.

Really am pinning my hopes on forest being sucked in, but it's more like 'Clutching at Straws' now..

( Apologies for my Positivity )

Leeds are crap we will scrape it I'm sure

We just can't whatever happens this fella would rebound us back up I'm sure
Look at what Burnley are doing this season 1 even Doomsday David Moyes could play attacking football in the championship and get away with it.
Not saying we’d walk it but for gods sake I’d hope we play a little better than this rump of a backside. We’d need a striker though. And a new owner.

Very worried now that was a big one today just can't see us scoring enough goals but Dyche's organisation gives us a shot. The table us still right but our lack of cutting edge is what could send us down. Shame on that owner and board if we go down its on them we need them out regardless or it's inevitable next year if not this. None of us look at that squad an believe it has the tools required to be comfortable, they have stripped the goals and creativity out over three years. Even from last season selling Richy and bringing in no forwards even competent enough in front of goal could send us down. Criminal

Looking at Burnley this season just makes me think it's written in the stars.
I mean we do have the main ingredients of lasts years Burnley, Minus a striker....
