Wolves won't be relegated, nor West Ham.

It's Southampton and Bournemouth, then one from Leeds, Forest, Palace and us.
I hadn’t even thought about Palace. We just need points I guess. I always think 10 wins is what you need to feel safe (cos if you’re winning 10 then you’re bound to draw enough of the other 28 games) we are well off the pace for that this year.
Que sera, sera I guess.

I think Palace will be OK judging by their draw to Liverpool, Leeds have alot more winnable games than us whilst Forest have a formidable home record and are 4 points clear of us. I still think Southampton and Bournemouth are at risk but everyone else is heading upwards leaving us in there with them....

1 from open play, which lets be honest was a bit of weird one.

That’s the real issue at this club. We have no goal threat whatsoever. Every creative threat as been bombed out for subpar, substandard players

It’s an absolute nightmare
No the real issue at the club is we have a money launderer as the majority shareholder, and then his major income stream was hit by international sanctions. :)

Still behind the points total for last season by 1 point...... massive goal issues evident again, you dont stay in this league if you don`t score goals, as THE lowest scorers in the league I think we will be the ones to go with Bournemouth and Southampton. You cant lose if you can defend but you cant win if you cant score.

We played well (far better than we ever did under Frank) and we got desperately unlucky with some of the officiating during the game.

Shame on those in the media who have written us off and who say that we're essentially down and out now. One guy on one of the radio channels earlier said that we were now destined to be a lower league side for the rest of time and that when we go down the BMD stadium will forever be a half-built reminder of a poorly run club that thought it was bigger than it was.

They really are relishing this.

But I still remember Wimbledon. I will not give up on our great club.

Fixtures this coming week.... Arsenal is a write off, they will want revenge and Everton being Everton will oblige, Forest becomes a must win even though Forest are unbeaten at home this season, then we got Brentford at home after that. We need 6 points from the next 3 games (Which will give us 27 points from 27 games). Anything less will give us too much to do IMO...

Forest lost 3 of their 1st 4 home, so they are not unbeaten, they have not lost in the last 8 home after that though, while we have not won in our last 7 away, = Everton win

It's not all doom and gloom but it's not sunshine and roses either.

It's a 50/50 shout we go down so there is still hope, but you can't blame people for worrying about the future either.

It's going to be up and down like this until the end of the season. This may be a good thing as it would mean that we are not down by Easter which was looking likely only a month ago.

If we do stay up it won't be secured until the last few games at best, maybe it will go to the final day. Better get strapped in for the ride as it's going to be bumpy.

Not sure it even is 50/50 , we cannot score. We’re doomed.

If we go down the current midfield + defence is more than good enough to come back up when you consider we've held our own against sides like Arsenal and Villa who would walk the championship.

£80 millions lost in revenue if we go down however I suspect the club held the Gordon fee back incase we did drop meaning only a £40 millions or so shortfall - you could fetch that with a Pickford or Onana sale or try keep both and flog DCL + Kean combined.

Simms is already scored goals down there and Dyche knows how to bring a side up.

1-2 forwards in with a few like Mina, Iwobi, Davies et al off the books and we come back up revitalised with a point to prove.
