Happy with Southampton's Selles appointment. Seems based purely off the win over Chelsea where they got battered and needed a worldie free kick to score.
Yup, hoping their just battening down the hatches having resigned themselves to a rebuild in the Championship.

I think Bournemouth and Leeds go with, and it's a question of who we can catch ahead of us for Prem cash. The challenge of course is goals, and Villa seem weirdly up and down. Scoring, but also Leicester and Arsenal stuck a few past them.

Would take a draw and LOVE a win.

If we beat Villa I will start to believe we can stay up. As you said up front we are really lacking options, so it’s going to be a grind. I agree 39 points should be enough, I’m just hoping we don’t go into the last game of the season needing a result, last season put years on me!
Beat Villa tomorrow and I'd refuse to believe we couldn't then add another 4 wins before May.

There's no terrible surprises for us now. We know our limitations up front and are adapting to them, and any injury we have in midfield or defence cant be catastrophic as we have good stand ins in all positions.

Not happening, we're up. Thanks to Sean Dyche and 15 odd games I'm looking forward to already.
Yeah im not even worried, were going to be on the up, this stage last season we were on the down, its getting sucked in that is the worry, win tomorrow and matchmatically not safe but the signs are really good for us unlike a few others.
I still think Palace can get sucked in, they have a nightmare run coming

It’s too early for declarations either way. If we beat Villa there’ll be loads saying we’re up, if we lose there’ll be even more saying we’re definitely down. One game isn’t going to define our season though. Before the Leeds game this place was full of anxiety about how we wouldn’t score and Leeds would run through us. We get a scrappy win against them and it’s all about how we’re going to start pulling into mid table.

This will be a scrap until the end and thanks to not having many’s event toward options there’ll be games we play well in and get nothing for it. If Villa beat us we can’t start panicking. We’re capable of points against anyone as City and Arsenal game showed, we just need to keep picking them up.

i'd be amazed if we beat Villa tomorrow, think they are currently stronger

a win tomorrow would be ideal especially with teams around us all playing each other. Villa will be tough, play some decent stuff at times and have better options upfront. Cant see 1 goal being enough to win that match.
