Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

@Barnfred 55 thoughts with you today mate.

For a day that was meant to be freezing it is beautiful here. Regardless, I have back to back Gaelic matches on TV, a pot of coffee and biscuits to keep me company.

If anyone fancies a real change of sport, channel 163 on Sky has the Junior All-Ireland final on now. Probably the best player at the minute, David Clifford, is lining out for Fossa at number 14. A force of nature.

All the best for today Fred.
Cheers guys.

Just for Blue, an unscheduled pre dinner G&T to kick off Cal's birthday celebrations. To mark the occasion this is probably the most expensive gin in my collection. A world gold medal winning summer gin from Rosemullion Farm on the edge of our village, which I'm having with Fevertree Mediterranean tonic and a slice of lemon. Cheers Blue and happy birthday babe.

Hope you’re beating up well today, mate. Looks like you’re making the best you can of it, which is all you can do.

Happy birthday, Mrs Fred. I imagine they’ve got a decent gin selection up there, and all mention of Everton is banned.

Christ. I need to proof read my posts. My hope is that you’re bearing up.

After yesterday’s performance, I’m sure there’s a few in blue you’d like to beat up.
I noticed but I'm too much of a gentleman to pull you up on it Brett, despite what Gwladys says.? . I knew what you meant mate. And yes , I'm doing okay. Enjoying myself actually.

Got a dance play on my ipod and getting slowly pissed.

Good on you, mate. Always nice if you can celebrate someone on these occasions rather than spending the day sad. Easier said than done, I appreciate, but you’re doing a great job. Steak looked immense, too!
