The problem is here that people saying he definitely strengthened the defence and the midfield…yet we are in a worse position than we were last season.

So either that’s false and coady, gana, Onana, tarkowski aren’t a big upgrade or Lampard is doing a terrible job.

All the underlying stats suggests that our defence isn’t really all it’s cracked up to be either / so either the players are poor or the tactics lead to us facing attacks after attacks.

I can’t believe how calm and jokey his pressers are - frank pal…you are the manager of everton football club and you are in the bottom three. It’s not acceptable.

Understand you're views mate, but it must be massively difficult to any team that rarely scores goals, adds a lot of pressure.

The defence is definitely stronger, unfortunately our attack is non existent so they are under pressure, a lot. We have no decent attackers or attacking midfielders so the ball is bounced straight back.

We have strengthened the defence and midfield, it`s just that their confidence is now shot to pieces, due to the way they`ve been set up and more so, the fact that we don`t have a functioning attack.

The midfield is under constant pressure, as the ball just keeps coming back at them all the time.

As we`ve seen time and time again, all teams have to do, is soak up what little pressure we apply, wait for us to make the inevitable mistake and eventually we will concede. Heads go down and we lose the game.

If you don`t score, you don`t win games.

Not buying a semblance, of a recognised goal scoring striker, is a big part of the problem we now find ourselves in.

Oh yessssss Kanchelskis, hey @IrishMcD i think its safe to say we pulled your pants down and gave you a good royal blue bumming to get Kanchelskis so cheap.

Problem is you then got Wayne Rooney for the price of a modern day weekly shop at Tesco.
Mark Hughes as well eventually, not directly from us though. Or am I imagining that?
But yeah, was devastated when Kanchelskis left, even though we replaced him with Posh Spices fella.
You shop at Tesco? Rich boy!! Aldi for life!
