Tim Iroegbunam get fed up explaining on here I'm glass half full supporter and can't be arsed with the depression on this thread.
Heard the same stuff all last season and we survived.
Far worse things happening in the World.
Survived from a second half 3 goal comeback. People were hardly bedwetting. Reality is that Everton are in a bad place. If you want positivity then stay away from discussions about their fortune

That's far too optimistic for the doom and gloom merchant regulars in here.
What's the point in being negative about what's not happened.

Most players have had a good rest and the manager will have had time to work on things on the training pitch.

Goals are the issue and something that needs to improve. However, conceding only 17 goals through 15 games doesn't seem like a relegation team. Only 3 teams have conceded less in the PL so far.

That's a positive and a good base to build from. Think you've got more chance of avoiding relegation, and picking up points regularly, if you have the ability to keep clean sheets.

I think watching a lot of the World Cup has shaken me out of my Everton bubble.
This is a fairly rubbish set of players that may well get relegated. I’ll get over it.

So you think it's okay to start a relegation thread in July, that's not being negative?

I didn't start the thread, but yes I think it was very realistic to think we would be down the bottom. We had just came 16th with under 40 points and had lost by far our best player. We are not in a particularly unexpected position for me.

It was season long bedwetting last season and you were one of them and it started before we kicked a ball this season, if you don’t like being called a bedwetter I suggest you stop wetting the bed.

Not in an unexpected position for me either but why get depressed about it from July onwards before a ball is kicked?
