Who should replace Frank Lampard?

I think it's been a combination, if not and it's all Moshiri then it's just confirming that Kenwright/DBB are basically sitting there doing nothing and collecting a pay packet for it. At the end of the day the rot started long before Moshiri got here imo.

We were more competitive on the field prior Moshiri.

I've gone full circle - but if there's 'rot' there than why hasn't Moshiri changed it? Instead, he's given them a ringing endorsement.

I said the exact same of Brands - too late crying about Moshiri after being sacked, he was happy enough renewing his contract.

Would I like to see an overhaul of the board? Yes.

Do I think it would make a significant change if the owner overrules them on a whim?... No.

The club have made massive mistakes, which Moshiri admitted in his last open letter. Who made those mistakes?

We were more competitive but the league also had a different dynamic towards it in that it was a top 4 not a top 6 and the teams pushing were not like now imo, I think the league has changed a fair bit in recent years.
It's never been about that for me anyway, it's the complete lack of growth/progress off the pitch that has always been my issue with Kenwright and that goes back long before Moshiri ever turned up. Moshiri/Usmanov have just done things totally the wrong way from day one imo, it should have been a clean sweep throughout the club and proper football people in from the word go but they didn't and it ended up the way it has sadly.

Think you are right. The tv money went up so much that salaries for the top players at each club are huge. Most established premier league clubs have a 100k week plus star player.
We have far to many, none of them are stars

The he revisionism with sacking Sam alardyce is strong. Everyone wanted him out
No revisionism at all, Moshiri sacked him, thats the point im making, the calls are being made by him not the board, thats why he is the one who put us in the mess.
Everyone wanting him sacked is right, but it was one move that with hindsight has played a major role in getting us where we are now, since no manager has done better since and it led to more wasted cash that has hurt us

I really want Frank to succeed here, I was watching Loose Women earlier, presented by Christine Lampard, parenting skills was the subject, a picture of Lampard's two children were shown & both had Everton tops on, brought a tear to my eyes !!
See I think we all want him to do well and get it right it rare you have a manager everyone likes, problem is its not looking like he actually can and our position is very dangerous.

Let's not forget here, he is working with a bag of dung, now some of the dung he has signed, true, but not all of the dung, I am going to back him to the hilt, win, lose, or draw !! Stay up, or dare I say it, relegated !!
