Yes we all know the Dutch behave impeccably in big matches.

Orange card.

The Dutch are always behaving like this. It is not the first time I see this behaviour from them in a penalty shootout over the last 30 years. It is the rule rather than the exception.
Have you all forgot about our own Johnny Heitinga pulling this one off against Ashley Cole?

That second Dutch goal shouldn't have been allowed.

"If, when a free kick is taken, an attacking team player is less than 1 m (1 yd) from a ‘wall’ formed by three or more defending team players, an indirect free kick is awarded."

That ref was seriously shocking last night.
But if a goal is scored, the ref then gives the advantage to the attacking team, which is the goal. If they miss, he can award a second, indirect free kick.

You can't disallow a goal because the defense commited a foul.

The Sky Sports News coverage of the build up to the England game is truly painful. Just had a Southgate look-alike on and apart from having a beard he looked nothing like Southgate ?‍♂️

Got to fill some time haven't they?

Championship is back today which should at least ease the tripe they’ve been spewing.

Remember Russia, where all the try hards we’re dressing in waistcoats? Loads have done it for Salah too… don’t get it, it’s not funny

I always think it's a bit unfair when, after 120 mins of play, the toss of a coin decides which end to take the pens. Can't they use both ends? It might stop some of the unseemly behaviour we saw last night.

I can remember they were up to all that in the 2014 World Cup too

Turning to the England game: obviously I'd rather the Crusaders didn't win, but one thing I would say is that they are a very multicultural bunch, and like in '98 when Les Blues won it as a multicultural team the England team could be a real statement.

England's squad is a kaleidoscope of different ethnicities.

6 Irish (Bellingham, Kane, Grealish, Rice, Maguire, Coady)
1 Nigerian (Saka)
7 West Indies (Walker, Rashford, Sterling, Phillips, Wilson,Trippier, Alexander-Arnold)
7 White English (Henderson, Mount, Pickford, Foden, Shaw, Stones, Dier)

You have to tip your hat to that inclusivity.

Every single player in the England squad was born in England you loon.

So, the only ethnicity in the whole squad is English, but you knew that already.

Where their parents / grandparents came from, doesn`t matter one jot.

But, as I said before, we can already see where you`re going with this.

Reminds me of how Americans are 3% Scottish, 7% irish, 25% amoeba and stuff. lol
