Sir Landon Of Donovan

Just a quickie, we already have Dier, Drenthe and Strac on loan right?
Is Strac being sent back to get Donovan?

There are two types of loan, which I shall refer to as "short-term" and "long-term".

A short-term loan is for a period between 28 and 93 days, including the start date and the finishing date. (All loans are for a specific number of days, and technically there is no such thing as "a month's loan".) The player cannot be recalled by his original club during the first 28 days (although it's possible that such a recall is allowed for goalkeepers in an extreme case), but can be afterwards regardless of the original period of the loan. A club can have up to eight players on short-term loan during the season, but no more than four at any one time.

See Landon miss a sitter, and a penalty...we must have signed him then... ;o)

Watched all 90 minutes. He was fanastic in the 2nd half (minus the sitter on turf and PK). He was EVERYWHERE. Through balls, bursts of speed, great layoffs, give and gos. Essentially, he looked like Landon from 2009. Dude has found his legs and his pace (makes me realize how injured he was earlier this year).

And all at...wait for it...

Withdrawn Forward.

Yes, he's been playing a striker. And looking damn good.

With that said, in watching him, he's been playing really well with Keane. Not quite sure Saha plays quite the same way. Wonder if the two of them would impede one another's runs...

Howard
Hibbo Distin Jags Baines
Coleman - Fellaini - Rodwell - Drenthe
LD
Saha

Please Santa. Please.

Also would entertain:

Howard
Coleman Distin Jags Baines
Gueye - Fellaini - Rodwell - Drenthe
LD
Saha/Vellios
