La Liga side Sevilla are reportedly interested in signing Everton’s Nathan Patterson this month.
The Spanish outfit were linked with Patterson during the summer and retain an interest in the defender.
The Toffees could sanction a loan deal for the Scot. However, the report states that any deal would be delayed until the club’s Senegalese players return from AFCON.
The 24-year-old is also reportedly attracting the attention of clubs in Italy. Indeed, both Bologna and Lazio are believed to be keeping tabs on his availability.
Patterson has featured in just three Premier League games this season and was absent earlier in the campaign through injury.
Despite a return to fitness, the Scottish international’s minutes on the pitch have remained limited.

Centre-back Jake O’Brien has been Moyes preferred right-back option, however a more permanent solution may arrive this month.
AS Monaco right-back Vanderson has been linked, with the Brazilian reportedly available for around £20m.
Patterson will no doubt want regular football for the remainder of the campaign in a bid to earn a place in Steve Clarke’s World Cup squad.
His Everton career has never really got going, making just 49 appearances since joining in 2022.
When he has featured, he’s often looked out of his depth at Premier League level. With another season remaining on his current deal, a loan with a view to buy would appear to suit all parties.
The Scot may expect to start in tomorrow’s FA Cup tie against Sunderland, with Moyes’ options limited.
Michael Keane’s suspension has been upheld, so O’Brien will likely move inside with Patterson filling in at right-back.
With injuries and suspensions piling up, additionally to the two players on international duty, Moyes will be without up to eight first teamers.
