Everton in Advanced Talks to Sign Dewsbury-Hall and Dibling in Ambitious Double Move

Everton are stepping up their summer rebuild with negotiations underway for two major signings: Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Southampton winger Tyler Dibling.

Dewsbury-Hall Deal Close

Everton have agreed a deal with Chelsea to sign Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall for an initial fee of around £25 million, potentially rising to £28–29 million with add-ons.

The 26-year-old only joined Chelsea from Leicester City last summer but struggled to establish himself in the Premier League, making just 13 appearances—only two of them starts. However, he played a key role in Chelsea’s successful Europa Conference League campaign, featuring in all 15 matches, starting 14, and contributing four goals and three assists.

Notably, Dewsbury-Hall set up Jadon Sancho’s goal in the 4–1 victory over Real Betis in the final in Wrocław.

Dibling Pursuit Intensifies

The more complex of Everton’s two targets is Southampton starlet Tyler Dibling. The 19-year-old winger has been tracked closely by Moyes and the Everton recruitment team, with the club having already had bids of £27 million and £35 million turned down.

Southampton are holding out for a package worth closer to £50 million, though Everton’s latest offer—believed to be around £40 million with structured add-ons—is being seriously considered. Dibling is reportedly open to the move, which could increase Everton’s leverage in the coming days.

Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur have also been credited with interest.
