Everton host Bournemouth in the final day of the Premier League season in what could be Leighton Baines’ final appearance for the club.
Bournemouth’s recent form has seen them pick up just one win in their last 12 games but the Cherries must beat Everton to stand any chance of Premier League survival.
Eddie Howe’s side must then hope that Watford lose at Arsenal and Aston Villa lose at West Ham.
With the goal difference so tight, that series of results will be enough to keep the Cherries up by the slimmest of margins.

Although Everton lost 3-1 in the reverse fixture back in September, the Toffees can boast an impressive record over Bournemouth with only two defeats and eight victories in the 13 times the clubs have met in their history.
Notably, Everton have won all four meetings at Goodison Park and scored 12 goals in the process.
Yerry Mina (thigh), Jean-Philippe Gbamin (knee), Fabian Delph (muscle) and Mason Holgate (shin) are all out, so it’s a chance for youngster Jarrad Branthwaite to gain some valuable experience. Moise Kean “can start” after overcoming a knock.
Nathan Ake (groin) is a doubt but will be assessed before kick-off. Adam Smith (concussion) is primed to return.
As for Bournemouth, Nathan Ake looks set to miss out after picking up a groin injury against Manchester City, but Adam Smith has recovered from a head injury suffered against Tottenham.

Far too rich and powerful to ever get into serious relegation trouble, but light years away from Liverpool, City, etc. What have they got to play for on Sunday ? Really ?
