Jordan Pickford has been included in Gareth Southgate’s 23-man World Cup squad.

The 24-year-old joined from Sunderland last summer and has enjoyed a fine first season at Goodison Park, earning his first England cap in November and bagged a hat-trick of prizes at Everton’s end of season awards – being awarded Everton’s Player of the Season, Players’ Player of the Season and Young Player of the Season.

I think Pickford should go out on loan next season. If he went with Tracey Nevilles team, they will teach him how to catch
and distribute the ball correctly.

I like Pickford a lot, but England have some really poor players. Getting in that squad isn’t an achievement

The group is so poor we should easily.

The video to announce the squad makes we hope we don't though.

I've just seen the video, would like to murder about 80% of the participants of it.

Walcott or Lookman at a push.

Agreed. Walcott certainly, think it's too soon for Lookman.

I honestly think Theo should be in the squad

So do I actually, I forgot about him at the time of posting but I thought he might have been included instead of welbeck at least who's barely played.
