Tim Cahill has hinted at a possible return to Everton on loan during the MLS off-season.
In explaining his motivation behind the move to the New York Red Bulls, the 32-year-old refused to rule out a return to Goodison Park.
Cahill: “For me, I´m terribly focusing on the Red Bulls. Getting fit and giving everything I can for the next 3 to 4 months. I’ve committed my future to the Red Bulls and going out on loan might not be the right thing for the football club but if it works out that I can find the right happy medium to get the fitness and keep training and to play in certain games then maybe, yesâ€.
