He got that chance and improved after originally not being good enough. Now he's a far better lb than Lescott.

Barkley set up the winner for Leeds today. They beat Bristol City 1-0, Barkley's cross headed in by Ross McCormack.

It was Barkley who made the most telling contribution on the right, though, when he delivered a great cross and McCormack got up well at the far post to head home his second goal in as many games.
