True this @Alan Whittle we overpaid by 26.5m so alls fair that we give you 50m + Tosun, Cuco, Mccarthy, Besic and if course Bolasie thrown in as a treat.


tbf, feel sorry for Bolasie and the injury has properly cost him. He was always gonna be swimming against the tide of most Evertonians not wanting him so to get that injury just made things worse.

I've seen Tosun a few times and agree he can finish but he's not the type of nimble goal poacher we need. An on form Benteke ( yes, it may happen) has an all round better game than Tosun.

At Palace, when Bolasie was good he was really good but when he was bad, he was terrible. One factor that never gets raised is that he played in Palace side that played to his strengths and playing with Zaha helped him enormously with the confidence to try things and to be able to swap wings if the opposing FB had sussed him.
