I would only put him on the bench if he's fit enough to come on because if we need to score and don't bring him on fans will decide he must be terrible or say the manager is a fossil or both so it will backfire on us like everything always does.

I back Dyche with the mental side of the game and he knows Chermiti will get a buzz off hearing the crowd reaction when his name gets read out or he does a warm up and he knows we’ll get a buzz off it too
