1, Sit down with Lukaku and sort out his situation.
2, Release Osman, Pienaar and Hibbert.
3, Transfer list Niasse, Kone, Cleverley and McCarthy.
4, Find out how much money there is to spend.
5, spend it.

I do think a good manager might be able to get something out of McCarthy and possibly Cleverly as a squad player. Niasse - put through his paces and if he looks crap transfer even if a loss - You can at least save the wages possibly.

1) Convince Stones, Romelu and Co to stay.
2) Cancel contracts of Osman, Pienaar, Gibson, Hibbert, Mattioni and any others not fit enough or past their prime.
3) Bring in a Goalkeeper, right back to fight Coleman, Poacher like Defoe or hernandez type player.
4) Get the best out of the squad, showing the willingness to adapt and grow with the team.
5) Focus on building upon the reserves system/academy like Roberto wanted too.

It may be time for a new beginning but lets now spunk millions of pounds on players for the sake of it. Most importantly only play those that are willing to fight for the club, even top talent like Romelu can go if he only sees us as a stepping stone. Think big - dream big.

First step has to be to sort out the dressing room. We'll make a huge improvement if we can get this squad playing to its potential and not like the pub players they've been playing like in recent months.
