Ok speaking hypotheticly of course!

We have all criticised or questioned Bill on occasions.

So my question is this if you were Everton chairman for a year what would you do differently and what would you hope to have acheived or put in place by the end of your time?

Well, i actually like Kenwright. I voted no at the ballot for Kirkby but my feelings are that if it is going to go ahead, get behind it and lets move on with it.

I cant say what id do differently. Tried hard to think but i feel that if i was to come on here and say id do this or that differently to what Kenwright has done then i would have to give reasons to validate it. TBH, im not a businessman or someone in such a position of power where important decisions need to be taken and i couldnt possibly say that what id do would be prove to be more succesful than what he hs done.

So, after all that spiel, i guess what im trying to say is nothing. I jut trust the fella has whats best for the club at heart and any decision he has made has been thought through and done for the best of the club

Well Id have relocated to Australia, more sun, hotter chicks and easier teams to play. We could play out of Homebush Stadium (80,000 seater) or on sand at Bondi and we could sell cold beers and hot pies for a change. And change our name to Occerton. And we could change all ther players names to Bruce, or, have our sponser be Bruce so all the players will have Bruce on their shirts.

Seriously though, having no clue what our chairman does, I think he's doing a great job. What once was broken is getting fixed.

I like Kenwright, but if he can't give us the funds in the summer, he need's to go.

People can argue all they like, but if we're left behind and scrapping it for mid table next season because Kenwright couldn't get the fund's to help us progress, he needs to go.

We need at least 20 million to try and cement a top 6 finish each season then progress and break the apparent 'top 4' but more like a 'top 3'.

Havent they proved that you can do well without the billions? Sure we havent won a cup but were closer now than ever.

I guess they have, though i think the question is can we take the next step with the present level of investment/funds?

I know, but with the investment in pretty much every club now, they will be spending millions while we're scraping the barrel for 5 million for one player.

I've never had an issue with Kenwright.

Don't know what I'd do differently than what he and Davey are doing now to be honest.

I guess I'd fix up the merchandising end of things starting with Pink Shirts for all !!!

closer than when we actually used to win trophies?

well no but closer than thirteen years of poo.

We have gotten better in every department but I think it can horribly wrong with a huge cash injection (unlikley) or none at all.

Weve turned around and now have a more continental feel about the team, it will take a few more millions to win anything though, your right.

But I always wanted to know why Everton arent a club investors are fighting over? We have a huge fan base and a stellar history...if I was any joe money bags I would chuck a few bucks in....

I only trust City, Villa & Pompey not to waste their millions as a result of who is in charge. The rest of the investment throughout the league will just be squandered away on failing premiership players, or hyped up youtubed foreigners.

I would be happy with DM spending £5m on a couple of players, and £10m-£15m on one. I think with a top 6 finish alone we can afford this, unless the doom mongerers feel this seasons TV money has already been spent.

The last thing I want to see at EFC is a super rich foreign billionaire who wants to use my club as a play thing. We are gaining more and more respect across football for doing it our way, I am happy to wait and build, it is the only way. it is the correct way.

As for Billy as chairman, he'll do for me(y)
