Forgive my ignorance but what do you mean by blood? I'm just asking because in Colombia we use the blood of the cow to make a sausage called morcilla.

Also is black pudding sweet or savory?
This looks like what I had in Montevideo, Uruguay. It was very similar to what we call black pudding.
Also the steak in South America is something else. Cooked rare, delicious.

Still on the Hello Fresh boxes me.

Had a middle-eastern style beef stew with couscous, courgette and crumbled feta last night. Was delightful.

Tonight is spicy prawn pasta.

Most countries in South America have a similar sausage, or what you all call black pudding. Probably the main difference is the spices and a few of the ingredients. In some of Colombia's regions they stuffed it with rice but also with dry sweet peas and spice it with oregano, cilantro, coriender and there is another spice that is local to our region that gives it a special flavor.

How long ago did you travel to Uruguay? I agree the steak in South America is pretty delicious. In some parts of Colombia they cook them in open fire and all those flames from the wood give the meat great flavor

Damn that sounds good ;)
@Sassy Colombian what are these?
Well it seems I'm not only bad with prepositions but also spelling. I am going to blame it again on English not being my first language.

One thing I notice is that you are not as forgiven with my English skills as when I first joined the forum. I guess the honeymoon is over so I will make sure to not make such mistakes again :p
