We'll be having haddock and roasted potatoes with a nice puttanesca sauce.

Tonight's potatoes are the year's final produce of the garden, an early snow having killed off the last vestiges of the vegetable patch this past weekend. See you next spring, garden!

We've been doing Hello Fresh boxes for ages now. Enjoy the cooking and the dishes themselves are really good.

Had spaghetti last night, think it's steak and colcannon mash tonight.

Nice potatoes. I'm hoping my kale survives throughout the winter.

Sprinkle some orgegano on the sweet potatoes, before cooking. Not too much, but will compliment the rosemary on the pork.
Thanks for the suggestion, I have a lot of oregano still growing in my garden so I will do so.

I noticed that you use a lot of mint in your sauces, any recipe that you want to share? I also have lots of mint but except for mojitos I don't use it as much.
