I am writing my bucket list. One of them is to go to a game at Goodison Park.

I've never been to the UK. Don't know it from a bar of soap. The only British person I dearly love, a long-time friend, lives in the country.

If I were to go to Goodison Park -

1. Where should I stay? Accommodation should be clean and reasonably priced. Not a millionaire by any chance.

2. What restaurant should I go to, at least once, for the experience? No, four Michelin hats for me. I don't want to spend a week's wage for a T-bone steak.

3. Where is the best seat in the stadium?

4. What places should I avoid?

5. Will they let tourists roam around at Everton HQ?

6. What's the best way to travel around London and will it be reasonably cheap. I can't drive. Never had a license so hiring a car is out of the question.

Thank you.

That's Dixie on the left, outside Goodison. I'm sure Rodders wouldn't mind...

Upper Bullens blocks UB3 UB4 or UB5 rows A-J or top balcony for views. Avoid lower bullens unless you're a fan of obstructed views

Thxs. Noted. I'm hoping to go next year. I'd preferably like to attend a derby match. How far in advance do fans know when a derby is going to be played? I would like to be there for the atmosphere. It would be electric.!!! :) Can't wait.

Go for a Wimpy Burger instead mate.

Swerve English so called Pizzas, but try the sausages. English sausages are orgasmo.

1. Where should I stay? At your "best Friends"

2. What restaurant should I go to, at least once, for the experience? Sayers

3. Where is the best seat in the stadium? Depends if it's the atmos you are after or view ?

4. What places should I avoid? T'other side of the park.

5. Will they let tourists roam around at Everton HQ? doubt it but they do a tour.

6. What's the best way to travel around London and will it be reasonably cheap. I can't drive. Never had a license so hiring a car is out of the question.

You don't wanna be driving in London, the Busiest you get in Oz is nothing in comparison to the UK, there is a bit of motorway near me in the North West that possibly has more cars use it per day than there are in Oz (more in 1 hr than NZ).

Fixtures published in around july/august for Premier League, we've had the pleasure of kickin their arses back over the field for this season at home, may get them in the fa cup though.

Just remembered. When I was there last, I tried to get in for a look around, but the girl at reception wasn't interested in my pathetic pleas...book the tour.

I definitely am following this when it comes to lists of possible hotels to stay at when going to see an Everton home match. I definitely hope to attend future matches at Goodison Park.

Thxs. I defo (wow, learnt a new word) will try the English sausage, will book tour beforehand. Will watch out for derby schedule.

Do players meet and greet fans booked on tour??? :)

Will I get lucky and get a hug from Cahill, Arteta, Coleman (Pienaar, if he's still there)??? That would be nice, eh?
