Human Rights, Employmeny laws, etc. You can’t force an employee to stay at a place of work not originally stipulated at appointment. I suspect all loan moves have some sort of clause in like this. Possibly the only way to discourage said employee from breaking the loan agreement would be to incentivise them not to and to take away that incentive if they don’t honour the full loan term.
Nowt you can really do to stop this I think. Until Brexit that is, when we’re we can make up our own employment regulations
