Transfer Rumour Yacine Brahimi

Again a bit of dancing about with the ball and no end product. Did he even create a chance in that Madrid game?

Again this is from just last season in his first season back for the 2 or 3 months he played when he was 21.

As it is looking likely it will be one or the other who will be with us come the end of TDD.

That pre-season friendly against us is when he really caught my eye that day. Thought he would go into a Madrid or Barcelona team on performances like that.
Mahrez and Payet have spent seasons in the French league with nobody wanting them, had one good season in the Prem and according to @MoutsGoat hes not on their level.

He's every bit as good as them two, and been a handful against good sides in the CL, if those two can have success in this league you bet your cock Brahimi can, he has more pace and quicker feet/skill for a start.

If Koeman and Walsh want him then who are we to argue.

Those YouTube videos don't convince me we should be breaking the bank for the guy, not really what we need.
No fancy us going in for a quick, exciting, skillful, edge of the seat player, god forbid. Much better to play with average static boring dross. How dare you everton try and excite us fans tut tut tut, unbelievable what gets posted on here. You would think it was coming out of said posters pockets. We need many more clevs, osmans, gibsons and McCarthys of this world hey...

Koeman has already ensured those players you mention won't be in the starting eleven, I'm not saying we should go and buy Glenn Whelan, just saying we should go for a playmaker or striker instead, seeing as we already have 3/4 players that are the same as this fella (Bolassie/Delofeu/Mirallas/Lennon).

Trust me lids, if Payet and Mahrez can make it in the Prem, and they've only had one good season, then Brahimi can do anything they can do.

Take away their Prem showing and he's proven to be a better player, that's why his price has always been above Payet and Mahrez prior to last season in this league.

If Payet and Mahrez had stayed in the French league, then you'd never class Brahimi as being anything but better than them two.
