Wright Phillips, would anyone consider him?

Oh come on.

And on topic, he's not brilliant but he'd improve us in the short term at least. Don't think it's completely out the question either since Moyes seems to have gone in for him before.
 


How is a bad player?

Better than Osman, better than Anichebe, better than Neville at right midfield.

I dont give a funk that hes an England player. I dont think hes a bad player- would add to our squad no doubt.
 

Anichebe has had a couple of decent games at right mid- Wright Phillips has commanded big fees (wrightly or wrongly) and is a decent winger. People get hung up on personalities and wear their Royal blue sun glasses a little too much sometimes.

You obviously don't understand football mate if you think Wright-Phillips is worth spunking any sort of money on when we have Anichebe in the squad. Wright-Phillips is utter dung.
 
i'd take him!

but we got no chance buying him and no chance of loaning him! the jo day's are gone i think just look at what they did to bellemy!
 
I do agree Anichebe has been really impressive whenever he has played on the wing, but injuries (or whatever else) have kept him out of the side for such a long time... when was the last time he had a decent run in the team?
