There is a trade off between his goals and what else he does for the team. Get a middle ground and you are sorted.

PSG seems more likely. They can afford the wages and he’d make a perfect replacement for the flat track bully they already employ, Cavani. He’d score loads tapping in in that pub league.

I don’t think he is a Silva type player, his touch and hold up play are poor and in order for him to get the goals he got here in the past we would have to gear our whole playing system towards ‘playing him in’. I believe this would lead to us losing our threat from various other outlets.

He’s a smart guy but an astonishingly arrogant one. For him coming back would be a step backwards, and it is isn’t it? He left Chelsea to get game time but for him he wants to play in the CL now that he has made that step. He would only consider one of the top European clubs now and he should. He played for us a lot longer than I thought he would and it’s ridiculous to think we can match his current aspirations.

There will be many tops clubs across Europe interested in him.. let’s just let it go.

This is it in a nutshell. He thinks he is a top European striker, and we are not a top European side.
Was a good player for us but that times gone. Don’t think he particularly felt a love here according to tierry Henry.

On the grounds that he is better than what we have, I should say yes but it is a big No from me.

He is not a team player, he can trap the ball further than I can kick it and he is not a Silva type of player.

We do need a good CF, but please, not Lukaku.
