That own goal third of his in the recent beasting of Arsenal was the closing of his book with us. He chose his side, and the snidey wee tit sold us out in doing so, see his penalty in the cup game.

Cahill will always be welcome and adored until his time is done, his mate won't.

Nah, loved the guy when he was here and I can even forgive his silly little stunt in the cup game (which I don't think was as bad as some make out) but.....

We sold him at the perfect time, when he was starting to decline yet still worth a great fee. He's got noticeably slower and tbh one of the reasons arsenal won't win the league whilst relying on Arteta every week in that role, where the better teams rip him to bits.

Timmy and mikel are good mates. Visited him at the hotel before the semi a few years ago. Mikel was still sound then.

No - too slow - when Arsenal lose the finger mainly pointed at him. He cannot tackle, though he has a good pass on him (rather have Barry then him).
 

No. Similar to Lescott; they had their days but these days were behind them now. Everton are not a retirement home for footballers.

If people are gonna make things up to criticise a player with at least make it interesting.

I don't want Arteta back after he dug up the skull of Dixie Dean and crapped in the eye socket. Then wiped his arse on the badge of an Everton shirt (the 1995 cup winning one, not last years horror).

Nope. I don't harbour any resentment I just don't think he would fit in nowadays. I could see him at someone like Southamption. They're probably going to lose a number of their players, he could probably do a job for them.
