Already been mentioned but has to be Niasse vs West Ham under Martinez in more recent times. Took Lennon off on 76 mins and they got their first on 78 mins which meant they came from 2 goals down us to beat us 3-2 in the 90th min. From memory it was one of the most pathetic attempts i've seen from a side 11 vs 10 until Lennon went off, but the sub completely changed the game in their favour.

It wasn’t so much bringing Oumar on, it was who he took off.

Rom was shattered, having run his socks off doing Mirallas’s work after he had got himself sent off early doors.

I thought for sure it was him going off.....but it was Lennon instead.
