I dislike it when there's too much white on the shirt.

I don't have a photo, but the worst one has to be the For One Day Only Special kit we wore at Luton in, I think, 1991/92.

There was some sort of cock-up with the kit and we had to borrow Luton's away strip - all yellow as I recall. Not so much bad as effing embarrassing.

With respect to Nev's red shirt in the ECWC final, competition rules dictated that goalies had to wear their national team colour.

It was never worn in a match.

I remember everyone going ape when the 1891 home shirt was released. I nearly choked on my pipe. We were all over the shop deciding on a home kit colour back then. I had to buy a new scarf almost every season. This tragedy lasted four years! The buttons fell off after one wash. There was no pocket for your tobacco. Plus the collar really chafed. I think you'd all agree that we were happy to see the back of that one!

Did it at least have laser cut ventilation holes?

I love this! Bought one last week funnily enough!

Hated this though. Just way too plain. Even just a little white on the collar or sleeves would have been acceptable. Instead we got a blue t shirt. The luminous pink that season too was a monstrosity. In fact, any luminous kit we've had, that yellow one from around 2009ish was horrific.

No the team never wore it. I quite liked it, as pointless as it was, and still have it. Was dying for Puma to do us that exact template, but in blue and white for a home kit. But oh no! All the Puma home kits were gash. Still are, Puma are just gash in general.
