I got Barmby shirt a few days after he left. Bought as a birthday pressie by an auntie who was unaware he had sold out. Couldn't even pretend I was pleased for the shirt, my dad spent hours trying to peal the name off, which turns out to be surprisingly difficult when u don't want it there. Never even got to wear the shirt.

I've always thought grown men having other grown men's names on the back of their replica ikt to be weird as.

Unacceptable after the age of 12.

That's why I only get kids' names on the back of mine. If they're over 21, it's a no from me.

Met a Carlisle fan in a pub in Soho who had Isaac Hunt printed on the back of his shirt. That wasn't his name, they've never had a player called that, but as a description and a warning, it was perfect.
