A resurgent Higgins was the only hurdle for Selby.
He's rediscovered his granite match play grinding game. You don't win 4 world championships by accident, especially not in this era.
And with that the black doesn't drop. Ouch.

Maguire was in it but never in it. Selby always had that edge. A quite impressive talent, that has had to deal with not being a media darling and liked all that much, yet still fought on and found a way to win and win a lot.
