The BBC are a vastly rich news and media organisation. If they really felt this strongly, their journalists should’ve been given huge resources to hound FIFA since Qatar was awarded this tournament in 2010.

LOL!

This is a very different culture that has death by firing squad in its law. It doesn’t live by western standards and hasn’t for 1000s of years. The likes of Qatar, UAE, Bahrain etc have zero intention of changing, and certainly not because some football pundits moan about them for a few weeks.
