Normally I'd say warm weather is an advantage for the US. MLS plays in the summer in some hot locales (obviously not Qatar hot), but a large portion of the US pool plays in EU/UK now.

Not that hot in Qatar in December .. have a lot of former work colleague working their and they all say its quite nice

They’re like sound Americans. Can handle their ale, decent to foreigners and can handle themselves if hands are thrown.

They’re like Scotland if England are America.

If they’re healthy they can challenge for second in the group. They’ll defend and play on the counter, and they’re quite good at it. Lots of pace and ability in the wide areas with Buchanan and Davies, and a good front man in David.
