To be fair mate, nuns and donkeys are construed as 'off limits' especially when you were dressed in a snorkel and flippers

Oh I know all that, but it is a blanket phrase thrown around social media sites as a one-size-fits-all response by anyone looking to shut down an argument because they're bereft of valid comebacks.

I agree it can be overused and sometimes used to shut down arguments but I still think it can be a valid and useful term

We are being asked to 'take ownership' of certain situations at work. Can I not just deal with/sort the same situation instead? American terminology taking over!
