Only if you pick random words to begin.
I use pretty much the same words, or slight derivatives, every night to start me off and work through vowels and some letters. Never just a guess.

I purposely do exactly the opposite simply to stop the game from becoming boring. I'll also recall the previous day's word and change it around, so if the previous day started with Th or Sh or ends in Eo or a Y, for example, I'll try to exclude those in this guess.
