I wouldn't say it deliberate handball in the most typically used sense of the word, but it's handball.

The ref for the third place play off Cheryl Foster is fantastic, probably the best referee I’ve met in my 39 years of football

(Possibly she was a liner but I think she reffed it, never watched it myself)
